Day to Day Legal Advice

We can provide an ‘in-house lawyer’ service either on demand as your needs arise, or on a monthly, retained basis to give you certainty of cost.

Shareholders’ Agreements

We can draft shareholders’ agreements and LLP agreements to reflect your existing arrangements or to provide for a new investment or funding round. We can also draft joint venture documentation for contractual JVs and JV companies or partnerships. We also regularly review existing shareholder and joint venture agreements to ensure they are fit for purpose. We can also advise individual shareholders and investors on all aspects of acquiring, holding and disposing of shares.
